Since the documents show up in a view that has no selection formula, and not in views that have selection formulas, I suspect that they are failing to pass the selection formula. What is the selection formula?

Are there any view column formulas that use @Return? If so, change them so they do not use @Return.

Look at the $Revisions field in the documents. Do they show as having been modified on Sunday evening/Monday morning early?
